Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will result in 50% of the service charge.
A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to this policy.
We understand that unexpected situations happen—please reach out if needed, and consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
